Orders will typically be delivered within 2-8 business days after processing time, via UPS, UPS Basic, Fed Ex Smartpost or USPS. Standard Delivery is only available for street address shipments and P.O. Box shipments within the continental U.S. Standard Delivery is NOT available for shipments to AK, HI, APO/FPO addresses or U.S. Territories. Please note: Shipment re-routes, address corrections and shipment call-backs may not be available on Standard Delivery orders and if requested may delay delivery of your order an additional 1-5 business days. Please review your shipping information carefully before finalizing your order. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.

Deliveries to P.O. Boxes are not eligible for rush delivery as they may take up to 20 days and will be delivered via FedEx Smartpost or USPS Priority Mail. Payment for the order is in U.S. funds. Duties and taxes are not reflected in our prices. The carriers will charge the recipient (including gift recipients) all applicable duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees at the time of delivery. Duties and taxes are assessed by the local government based on the destination. For information about duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees, you may contact your local customs office or the carrier that delivers your package. Due to customs restrictions, orders shipping to international destinations cannot be gift packaged. Additionally, we do not include flat pack gift boxes in international shipments.Order Information
All orders received prior to 12:00 p.m. (noon) Eastern Time, Mon - Fri, are processed within 3 business days upon credit card validation. A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent to the person who placed the order once the order is shipped. Please note: Orders may be randomly selected for additional export reviews. In some cases, orders may take up to 5 business days to ship due to the reviews. Once an international order is submitted on the website, we are no longer able to modify the order. If you have a Crazy8.com account and would like to cancel an order that was placed, you must do so within one hour of submitting the order. You may do so by signing in and canceling your order in the "Order History / Status" section of My Account. We offer Standard and Express shipping services for our international orders. For International Standard Orders: Orders are typically delivered within 14 business days via DHL Global Mail. Tracking is not available with International Standard service. We can ship to P.O. boxes with International Standard service. For International Express Orders: Orders are typically delivered within 5 business days via Fed Ex International Priority service. Tracking is available with International Express service. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes with International Express service. The shipping and handling cost is based on the total purchase amount.
